Ingredients

Chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Green onion 6 , sliced
Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper To Taste
Boiled chicken breasts 2
Wonton wraps 24
For garnish
Green onions 2 , finely chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pot, pour in the chicken broth and place over the stove, bring to a boil.
2. Add in the green onions and season with parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
3. Remove the extra fats from chicken breasts and chop. Place in a food processor and grind.
4. Fill the wonton wraps with chicken and seal the edges with water. Wrap and place into the chicken broth. Let it cook for 15 – 20 minutes.SERVING
5. Ladle the soup into a bowl and garnish with green onion, salt and pepper and serve.
