TWICE BAKED POTATO

 

This video is about making twice baked potato ! They are so quick and easy to make. Great for a snack or a meal!YUM YUM!!!

 

Ingredients

Baked potato 1 , halved

Shallot 1⁄2 , peeled, minced

Fiesta cheese 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) (plus extra)

Chopped bacon 1 Teaspoon

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste

Sour cream 2 Tablespoon (To serve)
Directions
GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING:

Scrape the inner flesh of potatoes into a bowl.
Add shallots and fiesta cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into potato shell and fill it as shown in the video.
Sprinkle more cheese and bacon pieces on top of filled potato skin halves.
Place on baking tray, pop into oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Once done, sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes.
SERVING:

Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
