STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CAKE

 

Jello Mousse Cake. Fast and easy to make! Thanks for watching!

 

Ingredients

Strawberry jello 9 Ounce

Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Philadelphia cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 packet)

Strawberries 8 Large, cored, sliced

Cool whip 8 Ounce

Graham cracker 14

 

 

Directions
MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine jello with hot water and mix well until it dissolves.
In an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add the jello mixture to cream cheese and mix until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool well.
Add cool whip and mix well.
Line graham crackers on bottom of baking dish and pour half of the jello mixture over it.
Arrange strawberry slices over it and top with graham crackers. Pour the remaining mixture and spread well.
Top with more strawberry slices.
Pop into refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.
SERVING:
