Bacon slices 5
Onion 1 Small, diced
Garlic clove 4 , diced
Spaghetti 1 Pound
Romano cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Oregano 1 Tablespoon


1. In a pot, boil the spaghetti according to the package directions.
2. In a pan, place the bacon and cook until crispy.
3. Take out the bacon and place over the kitchen towel. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft. Turn off the stove and meanwhile dice the bacon.
4. Drain the spaghetti and add the bacon to the onion pan. Turn on the stove again and add the spaghetti, romano cheese, heavy whipping cream, parsley and oregano. Toss well.SERVING
5. Garnish the spaghetti with some cheese if you desire and serve.
