SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS

 

Ingredients

Ground sausage 1 Pound
Biscuit mix 6 Ounce
Purple onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
Cheddar monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
3. Make medium size balls and place over a baking sheet.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.SERVING
5. Serve with honey – mustard dipping sauce.
