Ingredients
Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Sugar 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 , beaten
Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Frozen red raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Maple syrup To Taste (optional)

 

Directions
MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix well.
Add eggs, water, milk and vegetable oil to flour mixture. Mix the batter well and ensure that it does not have any lumps. Add raspberries to the batter and mix well.
Place a frying pan on medium flame. Add butter, melt it and spread it throughout the pan.
Pour a ladle full of batter and allow it to cook well. Flip it when one side gets cooked and turns light brown in color.
Spread maple syrup on top of pancake if desired.
