RASPBERRY COBBLER

Ingredients
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Beaten egg 1
Raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cooking spray 1
Directions
GETTING READY:

Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Grease baking dish with cooking spray.
MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix well with a fork.
Add milk, vanilla extract, beaten egg and mix well. Add fresh raspberries and repeat mixing.
Pour the batter into greased baking dish, level it and pop into oven.
Bake for 35-40 min at 350°.
SERVING:

Serve with chocolate ice cream and enjoy!
