Potato 5 Medium, boiled and diced to 1 inch square (2 1/4 cup boiled water reserved)
Onion 3 Small, diced
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Flour 3 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper To Taste
Red pepper flake To Taste
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Ham 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Monetary jack 1 Cup (16 tbs)


1. In a large measuring cup, mix together potatoes water and water. Set aside.
2. Mix together cheddar and monetary jack. Set aside.MAKING
3. In a saucepan, over medium – low heat melt the butter. Add in the onion and sauté until opaque.
4. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Sauté well.
5. Stir in the flour and mix well with the spatula.
6. Add in the potatoes and 3 cups of liquid. Followed by the milk and stir well.
7. Add in the sugar and stir well. Cook until soup gets reduced.
8. Transfer the mixture to a large pot and stir in the ham. Followed by the cheese blend, low the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.SERVING
9. Serve Potato Soup with croutons and enjoy!
