POT PIE (Left overs)

 

Ingredients
  Frozen pie shell 200 Gram
  Leftover beef stew 1 Pound
  Leftover mashed potatoes 200 Gram, heated
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the pie shell into a pie dish, prick the bottom with fork and bake until crust is golden brown.
3. In a saucepan, pour in the beef stew and heat through.

MAKING
4. Take out the pie crust from the oven. Pour in the beef stew and flatten with spatula.
5. Add in the mashed potatoes and spread evenly. Top with butter and season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake into the oven for 30 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve Beef Pot Pie with salad.
