PORK LOIN ROAST

Ingredients
FOR PORK LOIN ROAST:

Pork loin 4 1⁄2 Pound

Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon

Smoked paprika 2 Tablespoon

Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste
FOR CARROTS:

Carrots 2 Pound

Butter stick 1

Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste

FOR POTATOES:

Potatoes 1 Pound

Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Butter 1 Tablespoon

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste

Directions
GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
MAKING:

Place pork loin in a baking dish and rub olive oil over it.
In a large bowl combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and whisk well.
Pour the prepared mixture over pork loin and coat well.
Cover with aluminium foil, pop into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
In a saucepan, cook carrots and potatoes separately.
Once done, blend cooked carrots, butter, brown sugar in a food processor.
Transfer the contents to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Once the potatoes are cooked, mash it in a mixer with butter and milk.
Transfer the contents to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
SERVING:

Serve pork loin roast with potatoes, carrots and enjoy!
