cabbage rolls




Cabbage heads 3 Medium (or 2 large cabbage)
Ground turkey/Ground beef 5 Pound
White rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Canned tomato soup 104 Ounce


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large pot, boil cabbage until it becomes pliable. Once pliable cut leaves off at the core. Set aside.MAKING
3. In a large bowl, mix together rice and turkey.
4. In a large baking pan, pour in little amount of the tomato soup and place cabbage leaves on that.
5. Roll the turkey mixture into the cabbage leaves. Place into the pan and make layers, pouring tomato soup in between.
6. Place cabbage leaves on top so the rolls don’t dry out.
7. Cook in oven on 350 F for 2 hours then reduce the heat to 250 F for another 3 hours or until meat mixture is done.SERVING
8. Serve cabbage rolls with bread and salad.
