PECAN CLUSTER (HOME MADE) CANDY

Ingredients
Caramels 11 Ounce
Water 2 Tablespoon
Butter stick 1 (at room temperature)
Semi sweet morsels 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Pecan halves 2 Cup (32 tbs)

 

Directions
GETTING READY:

Line a baking tray with baking sheet/parchment paper.
MAKING:

In a heated boiling pan, mix together caramel with water and butter and allow the ingredients to melt. In a separate pan melt the chocolate morsels and keep it ready.
Arrange the pecan halves as small round clusters (4-5 per cluster) over the parchment paper on the tray. Pour the melted caramel over the pecans using a spoon. Place the tray in a freezer allow the clusters to harden.
Melt the chocolate morsels in a microwave oven. Dip the hardened clusters into the melted chocolate so that the clusters and covered with chocolate completely.
Place the clusters again on the parchment paper and pop again in freezer for hardening for about 2 hours.
