Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 3
All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooking spray 2 Dash
Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drained
Canned peach 15 Ounce, drained
For cheese mixture
Eggs 4
Farmers cheese 15 Ounce


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.MAKING
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in the butter and sugar. Beat with stand mixer until smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl to make sure everything mix well.
3. Gradually add in the egg to the mixture, one at a time. Mix well and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
4. In a measuring jar, add in the flour, salt and baking powder.
5. Gradually add in the flour mixture to the butter mixture. While whisking continuously the batter at high speed.
6. Add in the cream to the mixture and mix well.
7. Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour the cake mixture on the bottom. Evenly spread the batter with the spatula.
8. Top with pineapple and spread evenly and set aside.
9. Into the same mixing bowl, add in the eggs and sugar. Whisk well with the stand mixer.
10. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in the farmer’s cheese. Whisk the mixture one more time.
11. Pour the cheese mixture over pineapple and spread evenly.
12. Bake in oven for 10 – 15 minutes, until the top is firm.
13. Take out the cake from the oven and top with peach slices.
14. Place back the cake into the oven and bake for another 60 minutes, until top is golden brown.SERVING
15. Slice the Peach squares and serve for dessert.
