MEATBALLS With STUFFED SHELLS

 

Ingredients

For meatballs
Purple onion 1 , finely chopped
Green pepper 1 , finely chopped
Yellow pepper 1 , finely chopped
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
Ground beef 4 Pound
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Spaghetti sauce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
For stuffed shell
Spaghetti sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Shell pasta 24 Ounce, cooked al dante
Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
Ricotta cheese 32 Ounce

Directions

FOR MEATBALLS
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.MAKING
2. In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients except spaghetti sauce and mix well with hands.
3. Make 29 medium size meatballs and place over a baking sheet and bake until brown from both sides. In between turn it to cook from both sides.
4. Take out the meatballs and place into the spaghetti sauce and close the pot with a lid. Let it simmer for 2 hours on low heat. Check and stir the sauce in between.SERVING

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix together 4 cups of mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
3. Stuff the shells with cheese mixture and set aside.
4. In a 4 quart baking dish pour in some spaghetti sauce and place the shells. Make layers of sauce and stuffed shells and finish with a top layer of spaghetti sauce.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 250 degrees F and bake for another 1 hour and 30 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve stuffed shells with meatballs.
