  Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon (Boiled in salt water)
  Elbow macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  White american cheese/Yellow american cheese 1 Pound
  Diced tomatoes 1 Quart

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large pot, boil water and add in kosher salt. Add in the elbow macaroni and cook Al dente.
3. Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold water.

4. In a large casserole dish, make layers of macaroni, tomato and American cheese. Stir all the ingredients well.
5. For final layer place the macaroni, top with tomatoes and cheese slices.
6. Cover the casserole with foil and bake in oven for 20 – 30 minutes.

7. Serve Mac & Cheese with roasted chicken and salad.
