LAZY LASAGNA

POLISH / LASAGNA (LAZY)

 

Ingredients

Cream cheese 8 Ounce (room temp)
Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Wide noodles 12 Ounce
Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon (Boiled in salt water)
Spaghetti sauce 1 Quart, heated
Salt and pepper To Taste
For garnish
Pecorino romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
Parsley 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large vessel, boil water and add in the salt. Stir in the wide noodles and let it cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
2. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Drain the pasta and place in a colander.
4. In a large casserole dish, take small batch of noodles and cheese mixture and mix, add in the spaghetti sauce and mix thoroughly. Repeat the process with rest of the ingredients.SERVING
5. Garnish lazy lasagna with pecorino romano cheese, parsley and salt and pepper. serve and enjoy!
