KAHULA FUDGE

 

Ingredients

Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (at room temparature)
Kahlua 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided (3/4 + 1/4 cup)
White morsels 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Cooking spray 2 Dash

Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add in the milk, sugar, butter and ¾ cup of Kahlua. Stir until sugar dissolves on low heat.
2. Increase the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring continuously.
3. Take off the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white morsels and Kahlua. Stir well.
4. Grease pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours.SERVING
5. Slice the fudge and serve.
