(ITALIAN) Pasta/Sauce/ Sausage

 

 

This video is about making homemade Sauce and sausage/pasta.
Ingredients
  Mild sausage 6
  Hot sausage 6
  Sweet pepper 7 Small, deseeded, roughly chopped (mini)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 1⁄2 , roughly chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), peeled, chopped (small)
  Homemade tomato sauce 50 Ounce (2 jars)
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce (1 can)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti 450 Gram (1 package)
Directions

GETTING READY:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

MAKING:

  1. Arrange the sausages in a tray and pop into oven. Cook at 350°. Turn them when one side browns well and cook until both sides turn brown.
  2. Heat a saucepan in medium flame, pour olive oil in it and add peppers, garlic onions to it. Cover with lid and cook until the ingredients turn soft.
  3. Meanwhile simmer the tomato sauce with tomato paste, basil and Italian seasoning in a large saucepan.
  4. Add the cooked ingredients and browned sausages to the sauce, mix well and allow it to cook for 2-3 hours in low to medium flame. Ensure to stir occasionally.

SERVING:

  1. Serve over cooked pasta and enjoy!
