Coconut pecan chocolate surprise… HAPPY EASTER

 


 

 

Ingredients

Semisweet chocolate morsels 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Almond bark 28 Ounce, chopped (vanilla flavor)
Chopped pecans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Shredded coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Mini marshmallows 10 Ounce

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Line the cupcakes tin with liners and set aside.MAKING

2. In a large bowl, add in the chocolate morsels and almond bark. Place in the microwave for 1 minute interval and stir until melted well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl and add in the pecans, mix well.
4. Stir in the coconut and mix again, followed by the marshmallows. Fold in thoroughly.
5. Fill the liners with mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.
SERVING
6. Serve the candies with some cookies.
