This video is about making home made CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD! Quick and easy to make too!
Flour 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs), divided
Quick rising yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 packet)
Crisco shortening 4 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (at 125°)
Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter spray 1
Grease baking trays with butter spray.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix together 3 cups of flour, yeast, crisco shortening, cinnamon, molasses and warm water in a mixer.
Gradually add remaining 2 1/2 cups of flour and raisins as shown in the video.
Flour the working surface, transfer the dough and knead for 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a buttered bowl, cover with a towel and allow to rise.
Once done, divide the dough into two portions and transfer to greased trays.
Cover the dough and allow to rise again.
Pop into oven and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F.
