Chocolate Truffles-Candy

These delicious truffles are so easy to make yet super delicious. Make your own, this holiday season.
Ingredients
Cream cheese 4 Ounce (At room temperature)
Confectionery sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Semi sweet morsels 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions
MAKING

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, slowly add confectionery sugar, mix it all together until well combined.

2. Melt semi sweet morsels in the microwave and set aside.

3. Add vanilla extract to the cheese and sugar mix and then add the melted morsels. Keep mixing until everything is well blended.

4. Put the cheese and chocolate mix in the baking dish. Spread it well and then place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

5. Scoop out cooled cheese chocolate mix and then roll them into truffles.

6. Roll them in the topping of your choice or leave them plain.

SERVING

7. Serve them as it is or use them to gift over holidays.
