Chocolate Snow Topped Cookies

Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 4
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)


1. Mix together unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar and vegetable oil in a stand mixer until it reaches dough consistency.

2. Scrape down the sides to make sure everything is mixed well.

3. Add eggs one at a time and continue to mix. Next add vanilla extract and blend that as well.

4. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add it to the stand mixer a little at a time, scraping the sides and mixing. When everything is well combined, take the batter and place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

5. Heat the oven to 350 F.

6. Take a bowl full of confectioners sugar. Scoop up the cookie, roll it in confectioners sugar and then place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake the cookies in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Cool them down.


8. Serve with milk or gift them in a pack. Enjoy either ways.
