Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Butter stick 1
White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Semi sweet chocolate morsel 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vanilla extract 2 Tablespoon
Mini marshmallow 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Place marshmallows in freezer for 30 minutes.
Line two baking trays with parchment paper and keep it ready.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In another bowl, cream together butter with white sugar and brown sugar. Crack in eggs, one by one into the butter mixture and beat together the ingredients well.
Add chocolate morsels and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
Add the sifted dry ingredients in small quantities and mix gently. Ensure not to over mix or over beat the batter.
Using an ice cream scoop, make even shapes of batter and arrange on a tray. Cover with a wrapper and place it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the dough becomes firm.
Once done, flatten the dough with palm and place few marshmallows on the centre of the cookie.
Wrap the dough in a way that the marshmallows are covered with dough and place on parchment paper.
Pop the trays in oven and bake for 8- 10 minutes
