CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE

 

This home made cheese cake is so yummy!! Give it a try! You’ll love it!

 

Ingredients

Cream cheese 36 Ounce (4 packages, 8 ounce each)

Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Egg 4

Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Mini chocolate morsels 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Pie crust 1 (store brought)
FOR GANACHE:

Heavy whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Chocolate morsels 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

 

Directions
GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 450°F.
MAKING:

In an electric mixer, combine together cream cheese and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract and beat well.
Fold in chocolate morsels gently and transfer the mixture onto crust.
Pop into oven and bake for 15 minutes at 450°F. Reduce temperature to 225°F and bake for another 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Allow to sit for 30 minutes inside oven.
For ganache, in a saucepan melt chocolate morsels with whipping cream. Stir well to mix well.
Pour ganache over cheesecake.
SERVING:
