CHICKEN SOUP

 

Ingredients

Water 8 Quart
Chicken legs 5 Pound
Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
White onion 2 , quartered
Celery stalk 4 , cut into third
Leeks 3 , cleaned and chopped
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), peeled
Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large vessel, pour in the water and add in the chicken legs and place on medium heat.
2. Season with parsley flakes. Followed by white onion, celery stalk, leeks and garlic. Stir the soup and season with kosher salt and pepper. Stir all the ingredients well.
3. Let soup boil for 4 hours on medium and then let it simmer for 1 hour on low heat.SERVING
4. Serve chicken soup with egg noodles.
