CHICKEN SALAD

 

Ingredients

Cooked chicken breast 300 Gram
Green onion 1 Tablespoon, diced
Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
Sweet pepper 20 Gram, seeded, thinly sliced
Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, coarsely ground the chicken. Place that into a bowl.
2. Add in the green onion, celery stalk, sweet pepper and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients with a spatula.SERVING
3. Serve chicken salad over a bed of lettuce.
