CHICKEN NUGGETS

 

Ingredients

Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Eggs 1 , lightly beaten
Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Chicken breast 4 , sliced in nugget size pieces

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, eggs and milk.
3. Add in the chicken and coat thoroughly.
4. In a frying pan, pour in the oil and heat. Place the chicken and golden fry from both sides.
5. Take out the nuggets and place in a baking tray. Pop in oven at 350 degrees. After that reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and leave in the oven until ready to serve.SERVING
6. Serve chicken nuggets with your favorite condiments.
