CHICKEN MARSALA with GREEN BEANS and BUTTERNUT SQUASH

 

 

 

 

This video is about making Chicken Marsala, green beans and butternut squash!
Ingredients
FOR CHICKEN:
Chicken breast 4 , fat trimmed off, pounded
Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Sliced mushroom 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Marsala wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
FOR GREEN BEANS:
Purple onion 1 , diced
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
Green beans 1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
FOR BUTTERNUT SQUASH:
Butternut squash 2 , peeled, diced
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

 

Directions
MAKING:

 

In a large bowl, combine flour, pepper, salt, parsley and mix well.
Dredge the pounded chicken breast into the flour mixture and shake off excess mixture.
Heat a frying pan in medium to high flame and melt butter in it. Add olive oil and allow it to heat.
Place the coated chicken breast in heated frying pan and allow to cook. Flip when one side turns golden brown in color.
Add sliced mushrooms, marsala wine and allow to cook well. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
For green beans, heat a frying pan in medium to low flame, with butter and olive oil. Saute onions in it with garlic, green beans and allow to cook.
Boil butternut squash with butter, salt and pepper. Mash it using hand mixer.
SERVING:

Serve chicken marsala with green beans, butternut squash and enjoy!
