Enchilada sauce 28 Ounce (1 can)
Boiled chicken breasts 3 , shredded
Onion 1 , diced
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), peeled, chopped
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated cheddar cheese 16 Ounce, divided
Tortilla wraps 7 Large
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and sauté onions and garlic in it.
Add oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and stir well.
Add shredded chicken breasts, sour cream and stir well.
Adjust seasoning to taste and add 8 ounces of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Add half the cup of enchilada sauce and allow to simmer for a while.
Dredge tortillas into enchilada sauce and roll with chicken mixture and cheddar cheese as shown in the video.
Pour little enchilada sauce into baking dish and place rolled enchilada into it.
Sprinkle cheese over it and top with enchilada sauce. Place onto baking sheet and cover with aluminium foil.
Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts
