This recipe is so simple to make. Nothing like home made. The house smelled so yummy. Whats not to like, cheese….pepperoni…AND BREAD!! Give this a try. ENJOY!
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs), heated to 110 degrees
Yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 packages)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon (plus extra for greasing)
Flour 7 Cup (112 tbs) (plus extra for flouring)
Oregano 1 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepperoni slices 30
Cooking spray 1
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 handfuls)
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease cookie sheet with spray.
In an electric mixer, combine hot water, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, oregano, flour (in small batches) and mix in medium speed.
Once done, transfer on floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until soft.
Oil the mixer bowl and place the dough ball into it. Cover with a towel and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Flour surface again and spread dough over it. Flatten out as shown in the video.
Roll the dough and place on sheet with seam side down.
Pop into oven and to bake for 30 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Place bread on cutting board and cut into half as shown in the video.
Spread butter on each side of bread and sprinkle garlic salt over it.
Top with pepperoni slices and grated cheese.
Pop into oven and bake until cheese melts.
