CHEESY PASTA AND CHICKEN SALSA DISH

 

Ingredients

Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon (Boiled in salt water)
Chicken breast 5
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 11 Ounce, softened (Philadelphia Cream cheese)
Penne pasta 1 Pound
Hot salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mild salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Fiesta cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pot, pour in the water and add kosher salt. Bring to a boil and add the penne pasta. Cook according to package direction.
2. In a pan, add the olive oil and butter. Place on stove and add the chicken breasts. Let them brown on one side and then flip and cook on the other side.
3. Take out the chicken breast from the pan and slice them using a knife.
4. Return the chicken to the pan and add cream cheese, curry powder, hot salsa, mild salsa and fiesta cheese. Stir well until cheese is melted. Transfer into a large bowl.
5. Drain the penne and add to the chicken sauce and mix well.SERVING
6. Garnish the pasta with some more cheese and serve.
