Cannoli’s

 

Ingredients
  Cannoli shells 5
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectionery sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Morsels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl add ricotta cheese, confectionery sugar, Vanilla extract and morsels. Fold well with a fork. Refrigerate for half an hour.
2.In a zip lock bag put the filling. Cut one end of the bag and fill the shells.

SERVING
3.Serve and enjoy!
