CAESAR SALAD & DRESSING

 

 

Ingredients

Romaine heart head 1 Large, sliced (or 2 small)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Croutons 6 Ounce
For dressing
Olive oil 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Ground mustard 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced

Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, ground mustard, salt and garlic. Blend well all the ingredients.
2. In a large bowl, add in the romaine and croutons. Toss well.
3. Pour in the dressing over the salad and garnish with parmesan cheese. Toss everything well.SERVING
4. Serve Caesar Salad with grilled salmon.
