BREAKFAST/-ORANGE RICOTTA PANCAKES/CHERYLS HOME COOKING

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Orange zest 1 , grated (from 1 orange)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon (from 1/2 orange)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING:

  1. In a large bowl add ricotta cheese with sugar, eggs, grated orange zest, orange juice and beat well until the mixture turns creamy.
  2. Add flour and mix the batter well.
  3. Place pan on a medium flame and when its turns warm add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.
  4. Once butter melts, pour batter by scoops. Wait until bottom browns and then flip the pancake for the other side to cook.
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the pancakes before serving if desired.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
