beef stew


  Carrot 1 Pound, halved
  Potato 8 , diced to bite size
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Stew beef 1 Pound, cut into bite size chunks
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned beef broth 14 Ounce
  Wonder flour 2 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube 20 Gram (4 cubes)
  Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste

1. In a crockpot add in the carrot, potato, celery stalks, onion and stew beef. Pour in the water and cover the crockpot.
2. In a saucepan add in the beef stock and heat on high.
3. Add in the wonder flour and seasoning sauce. Whisk well until the mix thickens.
4. To the crockpot add in the beef bouillon. Pour in the beef stock mixture and mix well. Season with parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Cook in crockpot for 4 hours 30 minutes on high.

5. Serve Beef Stew with garlic bread.
