Cinco-de-mayo Cheddar Burgers

BEEF & CHEDDAR STUFFED BURGERS ( CINCO-DE-MAYO)

 

This video is about Beef&Cheddar stuffed Burgers. This is a hit with my family! Quick and easy to put together.
Ingredients
Ground beef 1 Pound
Onion 1 , diced into small pieces
Bacon slice 4
Cream cheese 4 Ounce (at room temperature)
Barbeque sauce 2 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Yellow mustard 1 Teaspoon
Butter biscuits 4 (non-flaky)
Egg white 1
Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

 

Directions
GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°.
MAKING:

In a medium flame, brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Add diced onions to it and cook for a while.
Cut the bacon slices into small pieces and add to the frying pan covered with lid. Cook until the ingredients brown.
In another bowl, mix together cream cheese, barbeque sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and yellow mustard.
Mix the cheese mixture into the cooking beef mixture and stir well. Ensure that the cream cheese melts and blends well. Once done, allow the mixture to cool.
Whisk egg white and pour it over the beef mixture. Stir it well to mix well with the beef mixture.
Flatten the biscuits with hands as thin as possible. Place a spoonful of beef mixture on the centre and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Roll it from one side and seal well.
Place the rolls on an ungreased baking tray and pop it in oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350° until the top layer turns golden brown.
