BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

 

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 3 , cut into strips
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Fiesta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 13
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING:

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne pepper over the chicken strips and top with fiesta cheese.
  2. Roll as shown in the video.
  3. Wrap the bacon around the chicken and repeat the same procedure with all strips. Sprinkle little cayenne pepper over the wraps.
  4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and fry the wraps until the bacon turns brown.
  5. Once done, place in a baking dish, sprinkle little cheese on top and cover with aluminium foil sheet.
  6. Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
