Acorn Squash


This is a video about Baking Acorn Squash in the oven. Its quick and was to make. This dish is so good!!
Acorn squash 1 , cut in half, inside scrapped
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt & pepper To Taste
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Maple syrup 4 Teaspoon

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.


2. Fill water in a baking dish till it fills it about 1/4th of its depth.

3. Rub butter on the squash. Season it with salt and pepper.

4. Rub butter on the squash and then sprinkle brown sugar over the top.

5. Drizzle maple syrup over the vegetable.

6. Cover the baking dish with an aluminium foil. Place the dish in the oven and let it cook for about 60 to 90 minutes.

7. Check if the acorn is tender and remove it from the pan.


8. Slice and serve it with the mains of your choice.
